The course was devised for students with intermediate knowledge of English and willing to further improve their skills. Studying at upper-intermediate level students may wish to prepare for international exams TOEFL, IELTS and FCE, required for working and living abroad. Language competence at upper-intermediate (B2) level is sufficient for efficient communication in English speaking countries. Taught in English the classes create the situation of total language immersion with speaking accounting for 50% of the total class time.

Course aim
to improve speaking, listening, reading and writing skills, to systematize grammar knowledge, boost vocabulary by studying collocations and idioms.
Course results
1) rich versatile vocabulary required for leaving and working in an English-speaking country, reading authentic fiction, wide range of articles, etc.;
2) the ability to naturally converse in English in wide variety of situations using both formal and informal language;
3) understanding native speakers regardless of the pace of speech or dialect used.
